Please note below a correction to the rules of the contest.  Besides the Logo Contest, the 75th-anniversary committee is scheduling many other events and activities for the year ahead.  

This is a time for our parish to come together and celebrate our humble beginnings, longevity, and gratitude for God's blessings on our parish. There will be many ways for parishioners to support our parish and help us make this celebration a memorable and spiritual experience.

The 75th-anniversary committee is working on the following ways to celebrate and memorialize our endurance as a parish.

• June 19th, 2024 – A special mass for the parish anniversary date will be held. Time and details will be announced in the bulletin.
• We will be constructing a shrine to Saint Theresa with a granite statue and a path of engraved pavers donated by our parishioners. There will be benches and new landscaping to make this shrine a place for prayer and reflection.
• June 23rd, 2024 – There will be a picnic in front of the church. The street will be closed off, and the event will be family orientated with activities for children. At the picnic event, there will also be an unveiling ceremony for the new Saint Theresa shrine.
• A 75th-anniversary parish book will be published. The book will have the history of Saint Theresa’s Parish, pictures of special events, narratives from past and present priests and pastors, family photos, and much more.
• There will be promotional items sold at the back of the church. The winning Logo from the logo contest will be on most promotional items. Promotional items may include: Tee Shirts, sweatshirts, engraved glasses, Christmas ornaments, etc.
• On September 8th, 2024, a special mass is scheduled with the Cardinal. After the special mass, there will be a Gala event at Galloping Hill Inn from 1-5 pm. The hall has been booked, and the Cardinal is expected to be at the mass. It is uncertain if the Cardinal can attend the Gala event, but we are hopeful he will.

LOGO CONTEST: Please note the correction to the rules.

Church Logo Contest – Deadline for Submissions November 1st, 2023

• Submissions must be no bigger than 8.5 x 11 in. and no smaller than 4x4 in
• Color is preferable but not required.
• Logo to be on banners, signs, merchandise, etc., and needs to be readable when shrunk on letterhead for the church.
• Be creative with symbols, wording, or pictures that represent St. Theresa and our wonderful parish family.
• Do not include “75th Anniversary” in the logo.  It will be added as a banner for the anniversary.
• You can add the number "75" with or without the word “Anniversary” to the logo.
• Do not include a Stallion.  It is the logo for the school, not for the church.

* The contest winner must release all logo usage rights to St. Theresa’s Church.
